Nominations to the ELCC program may be submitted by anyone.  Interested individuals may submit an application for themselves or others.  Nomination forms must be completed and accompanied with an application form, a brief essay, and the Employer Support Form (provided below with the nomination form).  Information can forwarded to Emerging Leaders in Communities of Color, P.O. Box 614, Manchester, NH 03105 or via email at emerging.leaderscc@yahoo.com. The application deadline has been extended to September 1, 2016. 

 

      All applications will be reviewed and notification of acceptance will be sent to nominees, along with an information packet detailing the ELCC program sessions.

 

      Selected nominees are expected to participate in all of the sessions in their entirety in order to graduate from the program.
